Has been a few days but I haven’t forgotten about Tree Filled Meadow, just have been too busy working on projects!
Here’s some of the fun things going on:
- Chicken coop/run is nearing completion. Got all the fencing done, except the roof. Also need a door…
- Garden fencing is just about done as well, but again, need a door. Also in the coming months I’ll be putting up a (temporary) electric fence around the garden.
- The hens are getting big! 3 weeks old now and scarfing down a ton of food. Also making a ton of messes.
- Hung a clothesline and tried it out for the first few times. Didn’t work really well… Going to have to shorten it.
- Cleaning out the storage building and scrapping some junk.
- Same with the garage. This is a big project, as I have way too much stuff. Eesh I could write a whole post about this.
- Plus you know, everyday life.
